Thank you for choosing www.JourneyFive.com Please inspect your item within 24 hrs. Replacements will not be issued after 14 days.

The Most Common reason for a return is an item not fitting for that purpose we have a

14 day Return/Exchange policy.

 

Refund/Return Policy:

We accept returns for exchange or in-store credit only 14 calendar days after delivery of the

item. We are happy to accept your item(s) minus shipping cost and $1 restocking fee:

If your item is returned to us unwashed, unworn and within 14 days from when our tracking

shows that it was delivered. If it is received after 14 days we will not be able to accept the return.

Once we receive your item you will receive an email confirming your Refund or Exchange.

EXCHANGE: 

The Most Common reason for a return is an item not fitting.

We Cannot Guarantee that your product will be in stock while your return is in transit back to us.

If you know the item you wish to receive in “Exchange” we advise you to

Please Email us back with what item you would like to exchange for and we can send you a link to purchase the item again.

That way we can then send out the item you need asap to you without waiting for your return to get back to us.

We then ask you to mail your original item back to us to be refunded.

When we receive your return we can process your refund for the original amount minus shipping.

That way, in the end it equals out to an exchange without the risk of the item you want

being Sold Out.

 

If you prefer to send your item back and take the chance of your item being sold out:

Please return your item along with the form attached with what item you need to exchange for.

You must include a $5 check made out to Journey Five for us to reship your exchange item back out to you.
